Cindy began her music career with award-winning producer, songwriter Greg Nelson where she production managed five gold and two platinum records. She was also the production manager for Steven Curtis Chapman’s first four records. For fifteen years Cindy was a music publisher with two of Christian music’s largest publishing companies. First, she was recruited to lead Benson Music Publishing then, as Vice President of Word Music Publishing, Cindy signed and developed top songwriting talent such as Matthew West, Jason Ingram, Cindy Morgan, Clint Lagerberg, and many others. During 2007 and 2008, Cindy worked as the day-to day manager for award-winning Sparrow recording artist Matthew West.

Cindy Wilt Colville’s passion is developing creative and skilled songwriters. As a creative music publisher and consultant she provides a variety of services including song catalog assessment, career consultation, songwriter development, song critique, song plugging, workshop facilitation and A&R resources for independent artists. Her client roster includes a church-based publishing company as well as numerous songwriters in Nashville and around the country.

In September 2009 Cindy organized and facilitated the ASCAP Foundation Christian Songwriters Workshop. For ten years Cindy has led worship and taught a Bible study at the Tennessee Prison for Women. She lives with her husband in Nashville, Tennessee.
